SMS privacy policy

This policy covers MaxDividend’s SMS sign-in program, operated by TRNP Solutions LLC. It explains how we use information when you request a login code or add a mobile number to your account.

Information we use

We process your mobile number, your code request and verification result, and technical information used to protect sign-in, such as request times and IP-based security checks. Your confirmed mobile number is associated with your MaxDividend account so you can sign in again.

Why we use it

We use this information to send the verification text you request, confirm control of your number, manage your account, honor opt-out requests, and prevent fraud or excessive messaging. Requesting a code does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Service providers and sharing

Supabase manages authentication and verification. Telnyx and participating mobile carriers process your number and message to deliver the code and handle messaging preferences. Our hosting providers process the technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell or share your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent status with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We share SMS-related information only as needed to provide and protect this messaging service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to a lawful request.

Your choices

SMS sign-in is optional. You can request a home estimate without requesting a login text. Reply STOP to stop MaxDividend texts, or START to re-enable requested texts. Reply HELP or email info@trnpsolutions.com for help. Contact that address with requests about your account information or deletion.

Retention and security

We keep account information while it is needed to provide your account and keep limited request records for security and service operation. Verification codes expire after five minutes. Access to account and messaging information is restricted to the systems and authorized people that need it to operate the service.
