How we buy your home

MaxDividend buys houses in Georgia through MAX DIVIDEND HOLDINGS LLC. We work with homeowners who want to explore a sale without preparing a home for a traditional listing.

We are the direct buyer. We buy houses as-is and in all conditions; you do not need to make repairs before selling to us. The home’s condition is reflected in our offer.

Start online with your property address and email. Your initial conditional offer is based on an automated valuation. It is preliminary and nonbinding, subject to property review and final approval. A final purchase requires agreed terms, title review and a completed closing.

Tell us about your timing and any mortgage or lien balances so we can discuss a realistic path forward. A request for an offer does not commit you to sell or guarantee a closing date.

The purchase price and your proceeds

We do not charge seller fees. Sale fees are accounted for in the purchase offer. Existing mortgages, liens and other debts owed on the property are paid from the proceeds, so your final cash may be lower than the purchase price.

Review the written purchase terms and closing statement before deciding. Compare the expected proceeds, preparation work and timing of a direct sale with a traditional listing.

Answers before a decision

Our home-selling guides explain common Georgia questions about repairs, closing costs, agent alternatives and selling under a deadline. Articles identify their sources and distinguish general information from MaxDividend’s own policies.

We also share educational information on investment-property financing. Any financing inquiry requires individual review; educational examples are not an approval or commitment to lend.
